Where is the Healthy Living Heart and Vein office in The Woodlands area?
Our Woodlands-area office is at 18488 I-45, Suite 200, Shenandoah, TX 77380, on the I-45 corridor next to The Woodlands. We see patients from The Woodlands, Shenandoah, Spring, Oak Ridge North, Tomball and Magnolia.
What can I be seen for at the Woodlands office?
Heart and vein care, including evaluation of chest pain, palpitations, atrial fibrillation, high blood pressure and heart failure, echocardiograms, stress testing and heart rhythm monitoring, and evaluation and treatment of varicose veins, spider veins, leg swelling and leg pain from poor circulation. Some tests and procedures are scheduled at another HLHV office or a hospital, and our team will tell you where when you book.
Who will I see?
Care is led by Dr. Rajesh Ramineni, a board-certified interventional cardiologist (FACC, FSCAI), together with our physicians and advanced practice providers.
What are the office hours?
Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to noon. Please call ahead to schedule.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept Medicare and most major insurance plans, including most PPO plans. Our office can check your coverage before your visit.
Do I need a referral?
Many plans do not require one, but some do. Call our office and we will help you check before your visit.

When should I see a cardiologist?
Consider an evaluation if you have chest pressure or pain with activity, shortness of breath with normal activity, a racing or irregular heartbeat, fainting or near-fainting, swelling in your legs, leg pain when walking, or a strong family history of heart disease. If you have chest pain right now, call 911.
