While many insurance plans don't require a referral, some do. We recommend checking with your insurance provider. You're also welcome to call our office and we'll help determine if a referral is needed.
Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, any relevant medical records or test results, and a list of questions you'd like to ask. Arriving 15 minutes early helps us get you started on time.

You'll receive detailed instructions before your procedure. Generally, you should not eat or drink after midnight, arrange for someone to drive you home, and inform us of all medications you're taking.
Most medically necessary procedures are covered by insurance. Our billing team will work with your insurance company to obtain prior authorization and can provide cost estimates before your procedure.
Recovery varies by procedure. Sclerotherapy and laser treatments typically require minimal downtime, most patients return to normal activities the same day. More involved procedures may require a few days of rest.
